TREKKING + BOAT TRIP
The Marshes of the river Piedras, located between the municipal districts of Lepe and Cartaya, grew under the shelter of the spectacular seaside Flecha de El Rompido sandbar, the most characteristic formation of its kind in the whole of the peninsula, protecting one of the most beautiful spots in the province of Huelva.
Nature and history get together in this place to make us enjoy an unforgettable moment. In the evening rather than in the morning, and at any time of the year, in a group or in family, we could find a complete guided tour of 4 hours throughout this natural place. An activity for all levels which will enable you to discover every single nook of it.
Tour on foot:
The itinerary goes through part of the marshes located East from El Rompido.
Easy track where we will be seeing sweet water lagoons, pine woods, tidal marshes and sea aquiculture next to golf courses and tourist resorts. A place of contrasts full of playful birds and fowls.
Boat trip: The tour continues by boat along the calm waters of the mouth if the river Piedras where we will find peace, open our senses and enjoy the sea breeze while the flecha tells us some of its fabulous stories.
