TERMS & CONDITIONS
Menu prices for a minimum of 150 persons. For less than 150 persons: prices shall be increased by 20%.
Bar prices for a minimum of 150 persons. For less than 150 persons: prices shall be increased by 20%.
Extra charge morning and evening hours: there will be an extra charge of 3.15 per person if the reception is held after 1500 hrs or for Cocktail after 2130 hrs. / Dinner after 2200 hrs.
Delay extra charge: there will be an extra charge of 3.15 per person in all wedding receptions held 30 minutes later than agreed with the client for the beginning of the wedding reception.
Dressed chair has an extra charge of 2 per person.
Prices shown may be changed without prior notice.
The client shall be held responsible for any damage and breakages which may occur in the restaurant or at any other hotel facilities caused by him/her or by any of the guests.
7% VAT not included.
PAYMENT TERMS
600.00 as reservation deposit.
80 % of the invoice estimated total to be paid 2 months prior to the wedding reception.
Balance to be paid upon the wedding reception.
CANCELLATION OF WEDDING RECEPTION:
If the cancellation takes place between 6 and 2 months prior to the wedding reception, the hotel shall withhold the 600.00 reservation deposit to cover damages caused for the dates booked.
If the cancellation takes place within 60 days prior to the wedding reception, the hotel will withhold the deposits received to cover damages caused for the dates booked.
PARTIAL CANCELLATION OR REDUCTION IN THE NUMBER OF CONFIRMED GUESTS:
No penalty shall be applied 15 days prior to the wedding reception date.
A reduction of 5% in the number of confirmed guests shall be allowed without penalty 5 days prior to the holding of the wedding reception. All exceeding this 5% reduction shall be invoiced by the Hotel according to the number of guests confirmed.
The final number of guests attending shall be closed 3 days before the wedding reception (maximum reduction of 4 persons). No reduction shall be allowed as from that moment.
If on the contrary a larger number of people to the minimum hired attend the wedding reception, the Hotel shall invoice the real number of guests served and the maitre may count together with the client the number of guests attending, otherwise the client shall accept the number of guests counted by the maitre as the correct number. No recounting shall be valid without the presence of a Hotel representative.
