Hotel Fuerte Costa Luz Receives the 2007 Primo Award

based on the opinions of clients, the German tour operator Thomas Cook has given the 2007 Neckermann Primo Award to the Hotel Fuerte Costa Luz. This sustainable establishment, found on the beach-front beside the town of Conil de la Frontera, has been chosen by the tour operator’s clients as one of the 100 best establishments of this season.
The prizes were awarded by Peter Frankhauser, Head of Thomas Cook, on the 14th of November in the London Savoy Hotel. Ana Ariza and Antonio Basallote, directors of the prize-wining Hotel Fuerte Costa Luz, attended the ceremony.

Grupo El Fuerte currently has six hotels in Spain in Marbella, Conil, El Rompido and Grazalema, a hotel in the Mayan Riviera, and the Hotel Secrets Montego Bay, Jamaica, is underway. In the property sector, they have the Calaceite Residential Complex in Torrox, whilst the All Suites Hotel Fuerte la Herradura in Almuñecar is due to open in 2010. The Interior Design Studio EID, created to meet the demand from Fuerte Hoteles, also belongs to the Group. Last but not least, the Fuerte Foundation collaborates in tackling social problems within its surroundings.
