Fuerte Hoteles organises the third Golf Open at El Rompido
The Open will be played as a Stableford Individual

El Hotel Fuerte el Rompido, located in Cartaya, Huelva, will be holding the third Fuerte Hoteles Golf open from the 1st to the 4th of November. The tournament will be played at El Rompido Golf and has the sponsorhip of Fuerte Hoteles and Auriga Crown Car Hire and the collaboration of the El Rompido Golf Club.
The Open will be played as a Stableford Individual. The third Open will be giving out more than 15,000€ shard out amongst the two categories plus two special awards for the longest drive and the ball closest to the flag, along with a 3.000 € Scratch prize. There will also be a prize raffle after dinner. More than fifty percent of those taking part are regulars to this Open, which is organised once a year.
150 players took part in the second El Rompido Golf Open, with more than 12,000 euros in prizes handed out.
El Rompido Golf, created by the designer Álvaro Arana, is the only golf course in the region with 36 holes (north and south courses). It’s two 18-hole courses are situated on the Río Piedras Marhslands Beauty Spot and are surrounded by pine groves and orange orchards.
Fuerte Hoteles offers packages for non-players based on relaxing hydrotherapy, health and beauty sessions at the Miramar SPA&Beauty Centre within the Hotel Fuerte el Rompido.
