Fuerte Hoteles offer their experience in hotel management to third parties
The hotel chain embarks on a new line of business

The Andalusian hotel chain Fuerte Hoteles has embarked on a new business venture, focusing on external hotels.
The Director General of Fuerte Hoteles, José Luque, explains that "the aim is to offer the group's services to owners of independent hotels wishing to benefit from our commercial experience and experience in hotel management".
Fuerte Hoteles, whose first website was established in 1996, have been pioneers in offering clients the chance to book online and are currently at the forefront of Internet promotion, with information for users not only on hotels and projects within the group, but also on the respective destinations.
Along the same lines, the group has also embraced new technology in order to perfect an effective bookings centre, allowing even for the incorporation of intermediaries' IT systems.
"Fuerte Hoteles wants to share the significant investment in human resources and technology we have made at the Marbella head office", states Luque. "The new infrastructure and services mean our company can offer a valuable service to hotel owners and investors who do not have our knowledge and experience in hotel management, sales and marketing", he adds.
Potential clients wishing to benefit from this new activity within Fuerte Hoteles must fulfil a series of requirements: be independent, operate in Andalusia, have four stars or more and a good location.
Experts in sustainability within the hotel industry
Since the first hotel was opened outside of Marbella in Conil in 1999, Fuerte Hoteles has worked, researched and developed the concept of sustainability in the hotel industry; their efforts have been rewarded with numerous national and international awards.
José Luque states that "our clients value this approach" and believes that the time has come to "systematise all of our knowledge and experience to offer it as an extra to those companies which choose us as their consultants".
