1st Forum for Quality Foods from Murcia
Hotel Fuerte Marbella to hold the "1st Forum for Quality Foods from the Region of Murcia"

On 29th April, the city of Marbella is to hold the "1stForum for Quality Foods from the Region of Murcia", organised by theRegion of Murcia'sMinistry of Agriculture and Water. The forum, which will take place at the Hotel Fuerte Marbella,is part of the"Plan for the Promotion of Quality Certified Foodstuffs from the Region of Murcia".
As at previous events of this nature held around Spain, the new grape harvest will be presented,with Murcian Guarantee of Originwines from Bullas, Jumilla, Yecla and 'Geographical Indication' (GI)wines from Cartagena. Guarantee of Origin "Cheeses of Murcia" will also be available for tasting, including those made with wine. There will also be Murcian Paprika; Guaranteed Traditional Speciality Serrano Ham; extra virgin olive oil, mineral water and guaranteedQuality Farm Product veal, organic farm products and Calasparra rice -all of which can be tried at the end of the inaugural event.
This meeting will be, "anopportunity to enjoy and get to know the excellent quality and standards of the Murcia producers", according to the Minister of Agricultureand Water for theRegionof Murcia, Antonio CerdáCerdá.
