Fuerte Hoteles rewards client loyalty by revamping their Friends Club
30 €points will be awarded to any client that signs up before the end of the year
Fuerte Hoteles is awarding the loyalty of their clients by offering them more advantages if they join the Friends Club. Since the 19th of February, Fuerte Hoteles has been awarding 30 €points to all clients who register with the program on their website www.fuertehoteles.com. The gift can also be enjoyed by any clients who were previously members of the Friends Club and who want to benefit from these new advantages.
The all-new Friends Club offers advantages like being able to pay part of the bill for your next stay with €points, preference when it comes to receiving special promotions, the chance to participate in the annual draw for a week-long stay in any of the chain’s hotels, priority on the waiting list and a welcome gift in the room. Many more benefits will be added in the future so that all Friends Club clients can have access to an increasing number of advantages as a reward for their loyalty.
Furthermore, during 2009, new offers will be added to the points program that all clients will be able to take advantage of. Clients will be informed of these promotions via email, SMS or through the post. "This loyalty program is a big commitment from the chain, as loyal clients are very important to us and we want to give them a reward as our way of thanking them for their loyalty. Clients who come to our hotels through an agency can also benefit from the program by using their €points to pay part of their extras bill", stated María Antúnez, Commercial and Marketing director of the Andalusian hotel chain.
The points can be exchanged for euros
After becoming a member of the new Friends Club, clients will receive €points every time they stay in a room in any of the hotels, as well as when they use the restaurant, parking or safety deposit box services, or when they enjoy one of the SPA/BEAUTY services. Clients can find out the balance of their account at any time by viewing it on the Fuerte Hoteles website (www.fuertehoteles.com). The points can be exchanged for euros whenever a reservation is made. In addition, any Friends Club member can convert them into a gift cheque, which is an original way of giving someone a break that they can enjoy in any of the chain’s hotels.
