The Fuerte Costa Luz Hotel to receive the 2008 Primo Prize

For another year running, the Fuerte Costa Luz hotel, belonging to the Fuerte Hoteles chain, will be awarded the Primo Neckermann Reisen Prize, as it has been chosen by clients of this German Tour Operator as one of the 100 most highly valued hotel establishments this season.
The Operations managers at the Fuerte Conil and Fuerte Costa Luz hotels, Ana Ariza Peces and Antonio Basallote Navarro, will be given the task of collecting the prize that this hotel was awarded last year. The Seventh Edition of the Primo Prizes will take place at a prize-giving ceremony on the 7th of November on board the ship MS Sentido, a vessel anchored right in the middle of Frankfurt at the Eisener Steg wharf.
Ana Ariza says that it is an extremely significant recognition to receive this prize for the second time running: "a reward for our daily work". For the manager, this prize has mostly been won by the efforts that are made day after day by her personnel as they strive to provide the best possible service for their clients. "Our main objective is to meet the demands of our guests. This does not only apply to the Costa Luz hotel, which has been awarded the prize, but it is the chain's most important policy that is in place in each and every one of our establishments".
Furthermore, nowadays Ariza makes sure that this sort of recognition allows the loyalty of clients that already know about the hotel to be consolidated, and she turns it into an feature to attract anyone who has not yet had the opportunity to enjoy any of the establishments that belong to this chain of hotels.
The Fuerte Costa Luz Hotel is right on the beach front and is located close to the traditional village of Conil de la Frontera.
