Completed the first phase of Calaceite Residencial

The El Fuerte Group has completed the first phase of its Calaceite Residencial property project by creating a community of property owners, which will hold its first meeting in the next july.
During this first meeting, Victoria Luque, the president of the community and Javier Luque, its vicepresident, will be throwing an exclusive cocktail party for all of the estate’s property owners to welcome them to their new home. These properties all have completely equipped kitchens, private parking, swimming pools, landscaped areas and 24 hour security.
Calaceite Service Centre
The complex also has a Service Centre, which is in charge of all work related to the upkeep and maintenance of the Estate (cleanliness, management of supplies, key holding, faults, etc...). They also act as a mediator between the property owners and the estate administrator.

The grounds of Calaceite Residencial have spectacular sea views and are surrounded by large gardens. The complex is located in one of the most tranquil and charming areas on the coastline to the east of Malaga. The village of Torrox, built on the banks of its namesake river, is a very attractive location in terms of countryside and culture and Nerja is a seafaring village, whose close ties to the sea came about as a result of its location and traditional economic activities.
