The V Golf Open of Fuerte Hoteles

The Fuerte Hoteles chain is organising the V Open Golf Championship , which will be held between the 11th and 14th of June at the Fuerte Rompido Suites. The tournament will be played on the two courses at El Rompido Golf and will be held in conjunction with the El Rompido Golf Club, with sponsorship from Fuerte Hoteles and Calaceite.
This competition will be based on the individual Stableford points system. More than 10,000 Euros have been set aside for seven prizes in each of the three categories, and there will be two special prizes for the longest drive (ladies and men) and the closet ball to the flag, as well as a scratch prize. The prize-giving ceremony will be held in the hotel's facilities during a cocktail party and gifts will be raffled to the participants. This year, the tournament will be played on the Friday and Saturday on the North and South Courses at El Rompido Golf.

Fuerte Hoteles is offering a three night package that includes breakfast, a cocktail during the prize-giving, two green fees for players and two beauty treatments for their partners, all at very attractive prices. More than half of the participants are regulars at this annual tournament, and they come mainly from Malaga, Granada, Madrid and Cádiz. .
El Rompido Golf, created by the designer álvaro Arana, is the only golf club in the region with 36 holes (the North course and the South course). Its two 18-hole courses are set in the natural landscape formed by the River Piedras wetlands, and they are surrounded by pine and orange groves.
