Fuerte Conil is presented with "TUI Holly" award

Fuerte Conil has once again been presented with the "TUI Holly" Award, given by “World of TUI”, the best and largest European tour operator. In recognition of the polished service offered by its personnel and of the good state of repair of its facilities during the 2008/2009 season, its German clients have awarded it position 71.

TUI Holly are prestigious prizes that clients of the German tour operator give to the 100 best establishments out of the 12,000 holiday hotels from all over the world that take part in these awards. The classifications are made through surveys that are filled in by all of their clients, which assess different aspects of their stays in the various hotels.

This is the seventh time since the year 2001that this four star hotel in the autonomous community of Cadiz has won the "TUI Holly", a prize that recognises quality as being one of the main objectives in all of the establishments that Fuerte Hoteles owns on the Andalusian coast. To achieve this excellence, the chain pays particular attention to all of the processes involved in the services that it provides and uses internal and external audits to ensure that its quality standards are exhaustively complied with. Their key to successful hotel management is client satisfaction.

In addition, the German tour operator has also presented Fuerte Conil with other awards that highlight other excellent aspects of its management, such as respect for the environment. In fact, clients of “World of TUI” have chosen the hotel for the "TUI Umwelt Champion" on several occasions, awarding it position number 8 in the 2008 world ranking of ecological hotels.
