Oliver Cintrano, the Spanish cocktail champion

A barman from the Fuerte Miramar hotel in Marbella has won the Spanish Cocktail Championship, held on the 4th of November at the Palas Atenea hotel in Palma de Mallorca.

To finish in top place, Oliver Cintrano presented a cocktail called "Nati", which is mixed with 8 year-old rum, Malibu, coffee liquor, coconut milk, whipped cream and powered cinnamon.
In addition, winning this competition means that Oliver Cintrano is automatically qualified to represent Spain at the World Cocktail Championships to be held in Singapur in November 2010.
This competition was held as part of the LVI National Cocktail Convention, organised by the Federation of Associations of Spanish Barmen, which was held in Palma de Mallorca between the 2nd and 6th of November.
