Traveling with your pet

• The Hotel reserves the right to assign a low floor to guest who travel with animals.
• Dogs are allowed up to a maximum weight of approximately 5 kg. Guide dogs are the exception to this rule. In Apartamentos Fuerte Calaceite dogs are welcome without weight limit.
• Your pet must always be kept on a leash inside the hotel.
• There is no place within the hotel grounds where your pet is allowed to relieve itself. Taking a stroll outside the hotel’s property will solve this problem. Always clean up after your pet.
• Remember that rooms will not be cleaned if there is a pet inside. Please contact the maid to let her know what time you would like the room to be cleaned. 
• Animals are allowed in rooms. They are not allowed to enter the hotel’s main building where the reception, meeting rooms, cafeteria and restaurant are located. They are also not permitted in the swimming pool and barbecue area.
• Please do not allow your animal to climb onto chairs or the bed.
• The animal’s owner is obliged to keep it under proper health and hygiene conditions. The animal’s owner will be held responsible for any damage that it causes to third parties AND/OR HOTEL FURNITURE.
• Every pet owner must leave a mobile telephone number where they can be contacted in their absence if the animal is left alone in the hotel room and could be causing annoyance to other hotel clients.
