The golf tournament shall be held at El Rompido Golf, the only 36 hole golf course in Huelva, and will give out more than 15,000 euros in prizes

The hotel Fuerte el Rompido, located in the Huelva town of Cartaya, will hold the II Fuerte Hoteles Golf Open from 12th to 15th October in the Single Category Stableford for first and second category handicaps (0-18 & 19-36), and Scratch category.

This second edition has been a complete success of participation since 170 golf players have been registered, being the total number accepted by the course, and a list of players is still to be confirmed by the event organizers.

The golf tournament shall give out more than 15,000 euros among the fifteen prizes per category, a Scratch prize worth 3,000 euros to spend in Fuerte Hoteles products, as well as two prizes for the longest drive and for the closest ball to the flag; the tournament is to be held at El Rompido Golf, designed by Álvaro Arana, and is the only 36 hole golf course in the area (North round and South round). Its two 18 hole rounds, surrounded by pinewoods and oranges stretch along marches and open up to the Atlantic Ocean offering superb views.

On the other hand, golf players’ companions can relax at the Miramar SPA & Beauty hydrotherapy centre, where they can enjoy two hydrotherapy circuits and a beauty treatment to be chosen by the guests.
