FORMS AND SERVICES AVAILABLE
With this web page and all the other official web pages linked to the Group, FUERTE GROUP seeks to provide you with the best services and, to that end, currently has personal data collection forms for the following services: newsletter, Friends Club, professionals registration, contact and online room booking form, group events form, weddings, golf reservations, sport contact, spa appointments, transfer services, recruitment and regular special offers.
INTENDED USE OF PERSONAL DATA AND REVOKING CONSENT
All the information fields marked with an asterisk in the web forms must be filled in. If the information is not provided, FUERTE GROUP SL cannot guarantee that the services provided will fully meet your needs.
In order to ensure that the services requested are correctly provided, the personal data supplied shall be communicated to FUERTE GROUP businesses, in accordance, at all times, with the legislation in force concerning personal data protection.
Consent shall be understood to have been given as long as we have not been expressly informed that it is revoked with regard to any of the aforementioned uses. To that end, THE CLIENT/USER may unsubscribe from any of the services contracted by checking the box that appears in any e-mail, via the web page or by writing to the e-mail or postal addresses given below.
The FUERTE GROUP services are not intended for minors aged under 14 without the full consent of their parent or guardian, therefore FUERTE GROUP does not collect or request information from minors aged under 14.
With regard to the recruitment service, THE CANDIDATE who submits their curriculum shall choose from the jobs on offer on the web page. The data voluntarily introduced or submitted shall be saved in the “HUMAN RESOURCES” file to ensure correct management of the selection process.
ACCURACY OF PERSONAL DATA

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
The website’s use and data protection policies are governed by Spanish legislation. In any dispute that may arise with respect to its validity, execution, fulfilment or resolution, FUERTE GROUP and the CLIENTS/USERS/CANDIDATES agree, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction or any other to which, in their case, they may be subject, to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Malaga. This contract constitutes the full and complete agreement between FUERTE GROUP and the CLIENT/USER/CANDIDATE, and supersedes all previous pacts, commitments, statements or agreements, both written and oral, that may have previously existed between them.
