To earn points, you must stay in one of our hotels or receive a special promotional offer.
We award you Europoints worth 10% of your invoice, which you can put towards a future visit.
Points are earned on rooms, catering, parking, SPA/BEAUTY and safe services, subject to the limitations and restrictions indicated in the General Conditions below.
To benefit from the programme, the account holder must identify him or herself as a member at the time of booking and invoicing.
The amount of points to be added to the account of the accountholder or co-accountholder is calculated using the net amount for rooms and other indicated services, not including VAT or any other applicable taxes.
The points will be awarded to the programme account holder who reserves the room or uses the service, regardless of the person or entity that pays the invoice, within 24 hours after the checkout date.
Limitations:
- Generally accepted accounting rules will be used to round off the number of points to be added to the user's account.
- The accountholder can earn points on a maximum of three rooms per night in the participating hotels of Fuerte Hoteles. One of the rooms must be occupied by the programme account holder, whose name must appear on the invoices for all three rooms.
- If the room is shared with another programme member, the points will be credited to the member under whose name the reservation was made.
- Amounts paid using Europoints or rooms paid for as part of a convention or meeting do not earn additional points.
