Europoints are the points used by our programme, which you can apply toward the payment of a portion of your invoice for hotels in our chain. There is no limit to the number of points you can earn.

A Europoint is worth 1 Euro.

To earn points, you must stay in one of our hotels or receive a special promotional offer.

We award you Europoints worth 10% of your invoice, which you can put towards a future visit.

Points are earned on rooms, catering, parking, SPA/BEAUTY and safe services, subject to the limitations and restrictions indicated in the General Conditions below.

To benefit from the programme, the account holder must identify him or herself as a member at the time of booking and invoicing.

The amount of points to be added to the account of the accountholder or co-accountholder is calculated using the net amount for rooms and other indicated services, not including VAT or any other applicable taxes.

The points will be awarded to the programme account holder who reserves the room or uses the service, regardless of the person or entity that pays the invoice, within 24 hours after the checkout date.

Limitations:

• Generally accepted accounting rules will be used to round off the number of points to be added to the user's account.
• The accountholder can earn points on a maximum of three rooms per night in the participating hotels of Fuerte Hoteles. One of the rooms must be occupied by the programme account holder, whose name must appear on the invoices for all three rooms.
• If the room is shared with another programme member, the points will be credited to the member under whose name the reservation was made.
• Amounts paid using Europoints or rooms paid for as part of a convention or meeting do not earn additional €points.

As a programme member, you can reserve rooms and pay a percentage of your invoice using Europoints through our website, www.fuertehoteles.com, or by calling us at 900 34 34 10.

You must identify yourself as a programme member when making your reservation.

The number of Europoints you can apply to each reservation varies according to how far in advance you book your reservation, the season, and which one of our hotels you choose.

You can find out how many Europoints you can use toward the payment of your reservation either through our website or over the telephone through our reservation centre.

Europoints are redeemed at the time of making the reservation using a Europoint account, and the Europoints are debited from the accountholder's account within 24 hours of making the reservation.

Members have a maximum period of 18 months from the transaction date to redeem any unused Europoints earned on that transaction. The account holder will receive an invoice showing both the amount paid in Euros and the amount paid using Europoints.

You can transfer your Europoints to a person not registered in the programme by providing written authorisation.

The Europoints will be debited from your balance at the time of that authorisation.

The recipient of the Europoints must then register for the programme to make a reservation using Europoints.

Using Europoints as a form of payment does not earn additional Europoints in the accountholder's account.

If you cancel at least 48 hours before your check-in date, the points will be credited back to your account.

If you cancel your reservation 48-hours or less before your check-in date, we will charge you for one night as a cancellation fee and you will lose the €points you used to reserve that night.

If you cancel between 31 and 60 days prior to the check-in date, there will be no cancellation fee.

If you do so between 16 and 30 days prior to check-in, you will be charged for 50% of the total cost of the package and the points used, and between 0 and 15 days, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the package and the Europoints.

You become a member when you register in our website: www.fuertehoteles.com.

All you have to do is go to the "Friends Club" section, enter your information and the approval of your application will be sent to you automatically.

Any reservation you make from that moment on will earn Europoints in your account as soon as you pay the corresponding invoice.

Additionally, we will give you 30 free Europoints simply for registering online!

• It's easy and no credit card is required. All you need is your personal identification (ID or passport) and you can start enjoying the benefits and earning Europoints.
• When you stay at any Fuerte Hoteles establishment, your Europoint account will be credited with 10% of your net invoice for individual reservations made directly with the hotel. In the case of individual reservations made through an agency, your account will be credited with a fixed amount of five Europoints per room per night. In both cases, the reservation must be made under the Europoint accountholder's name.
• In the case of individual reservations made directly with the hotel, you can use your Europoints to pay up to 10% of the amount of your invoice for lodging and breakfast at the hotels in our chain. In the case of individual reservations made through an agency, you can use your Europoints to pay up to 10% of your invoice for extras (catering, parking, SPA/BEAUTY and safe services).

• With the Europoints from Fuerte Hoteles' Friends Club, we help you pay a portion of your invoice.
• You will be given priority in receiving special promotions from the group's companies, news and benefits.
• You will receive a welcome gift in your room.
• You will be entered in a yearly draw for a free one-week stay in one of our hotels
• You will be given priority on the waiting list.
