Overall the service was good. the main downfall was the buffet meals , by the time you had collected the food the meal had gone cold.

Fuerte grazalema , a very friendly hotel with very friendlystaff .staff bend over backwards-hotel could do with some light entertainment in the evenings to give some ambience.

A lovely hotel in great setting, superb reception staff, bedroom pleasant and very clean and well-equipped. pool area wonderful. evening restaurant meal not good for the price andchoice, see my comments above. coffee after evening meal should be included in price of meal.

Generally the stay at grazelema was excellent. food very good. facilities very good. just the room was a bit dusty on arrival. i don't like hotels where things are 'imposed' on clients; here, we felt free to do what we wanted to do. the children were very happy. but we were lucky because it was still out of season. would love to come back.

We try to spend 2 or 3 days at fuerte grazalema each time we visit spain. the staff are helpful and friendly; the food service equipment for the buffet has been much upgraded since 2008. food is delicious. wi-fi in the salon works well. air conditioning in the rooms remains underpowered and inadequate. early week bargain pricing is wonderful please continue it.
