| Yes. You have the possibility to consult and/or cancel your reservation through the option "Your reservations", which is on the navigation bar located on the online reservations and offers section.
To do this, you have to register previously with your login and password. In order to avoid possible cancellation costs, consult the option of "purchase conditions" first.

| It is easy. Click on the option "To register" on the left menu of the start page. You will have to fill in the form and click on "Apply for registration". If you have not applied to register as a user of some special profile, you will automatically receive an e-mail containing both your login and password.
For those who have applied for special registration, Fuerte Hoteles will reply to their application affirmatively if they meet all the necessary requirements.
You can also access the registration form through the online reservations section, by clicking on the button "To register", which is on the top menu.
