Salmorejo Cordobés
Ingredients:
- 3 boiled eggs
- Serrano ham
- 2 hard baguettes - remove the crust and cut it into slices.
- 3 large ripe tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup of virgin olive oil
- Vinegar
- Water
- Salt

Elaboration:
- Soak the bread for about half an hour to soften it as much as possible.
- Drain the bread to get as much water out as possible.
- Put the bread, peeled garlic, seeded tomatoes, one egg and a glass of oil together.
- Mix it all together to make a creamy consistency and add the salt and vinegar to taste.
- Keep the mixture cool until serving.
- To garnish, sprinkle on the chopped boiled eggs and cubes of ham.
