| Black hole, crazy race, kamikaze, surf beach and rapids
are just some of the attractions and rides included in
this aquatic park in the town of Puerto de Santa María,
across the bay from Cádiz. It also has a minipark
for the smallest members of the family. |

| Jerez’s zoological park houses more than 1,300
animals representing some 200 species from five different
continents. It also has an animal rescue centre, where
sick or injured animals are treated and then returned
to their original habitat, as well as a breeding programme
aimed at supporting the populations of animals at risk
of extinction. The route around the Park is usually on
foot, but you can also take the small train that runs
inside the zoo. |

| Sited on the outskirts of Castellar and bordering
the vast cork forests of the Alcornocales Natural Park,
the zoo is home to more than 500 animals of 120 species
from the five continents. Among these are big horn
sheep, fox, porcupines, monkeys, lions, as well as
a sizeable reptile collection and birds of many species.
There are also daily displays featuring eagles and
other raptors. |

| In this large farm and its grounds you can observe
some 1,300 crocodiles. The biggest, which tend to be
the breeding animals, are as long as 5m from snout
to tailtip. Others, however, are less than 10cm long.
These tend to be baby crocs who are nurtured in incubators.
