The signpost shows the start of this very short walk which is part of the path linking Higuera de la Sierra with Zufre. Along the walk we find basins used as drinking troughs for cattle and at the end we will reach the tufas. The dissolution of the carbonate of the rock and its filtration in the wall forms a fine film known as tufa. An image of the Virgin Mary is said to be there thus making this area a very visited one.
