This path starts 840 metres from a beautiful village whose name is the evolution of the León words "Fonte", spring, "Ferido", the spring of the watering turns. At first we can see vegetable gardens and orchards and later on some oak tree bases and above all the famous chestnut woods of the mountains. Thanks to the chestnut this walk changes in every season. In winter we shall see big trees without leaves, green leaves in the summer time and copper colour leaves in autumn.
