This track goes along the Ribera de
Alájar, whose water was used in the past to grind
grain by means of the construction of simple but efficient
devices: the riverside flour mills. We shall find up to
seven mills in different state of conservation and at the
end of the walk we shall enjoy an excellent panorama of
the Rivera from the vantage point of the same name.
