C''est toujours un plaisir pour nous de séjourner dans votre hôtel .Nous y venons 3 ou 4 fois par an et je dois dire que l''accueil, le service , les prestations sont toujours d''excellente qualité .Nous avons même essayé la demi-pension pendant notre dernier séjour , et nous avons été très satisfaits.Nous comptons bien revenir dès que possible ,peut-être en février .

We have stayed at El Fuerte many times , and it is the best hotel in Marbella for us. All the staff are most pleasant and helpful, and the breakfasts are superb (we always have only B&B). We look forward to our next visit.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided to guests at your hotel. The staff are extremely efficient and courteous and make you feel valued. The public rooms are spacious and furnished to a high standard, the facilities available are excellent and the breakfasts are fantastic !! I will certainly be returning and have already recommended the Fuerte Marbella to some very dear friends. Thankyou.

I attended a conference and gave a lecture at your hotel basing the discussion on sustainable tourism and the correct use of natural resources in Andalucia. Whilst I very much enjoyed the facilities of the hotel, it was disappointing not to have access to local information, such as local bird watching guides etc.

Once again we enjoyed a relaxing few days in one of our favourite Spanish hotels. The staff were very friendly & attentive as usual. We normally eat out in town in the evenings but because of a change in the weather we had dinner from the bar a la carte menu - excellent. We look forward to our next mini-break.

I got married in Marbella in Sept and 80 of my guests stayed for a week in the Fuerte Miramar. We all had a fantastic stay and were well looked after by Rafael/Silvia and the team. I stayed in a sea view room that was fab! I highly recommend the hotel for its location and its service. Thanks to everyone in fuerte miramar for making ours and our wedding guests stay so enjoyable.

We also understand the present hardships due to the crisis, and believe you all do your best to fulfill obligations and expectations, and your crew certainly do their utmost to make the best of the situation! We arranged a pleasant "lunch-party" with some of Calaceite''''''''s "finest" from Maintenance, Service & Sale Centers in our flat last week - enjoying the sun, fine atmosphere and great relationship. You were of course also invited - but regrettably away on vacation. The offer still stands - as you and your colleagues are always welcome to stop by. My husband and I stayed in El Fuerte for 1 night for our anniversary and I can quite safely say it was one of the best hotels we have stayed in, very clean, staff helpful and friendly, all reviews which I read were about older people staying in the hotel well I say most older people have more flare and spark than the younger oness. We are in our 30s and found it fantastic and will be going back in Feb 2010 for a long weekend, can''''t wait. Thanks for a great stay.

I would like to express my appreciation of all the kindness shown me while my husband and I were staying at Fuerte Marbella. On the second day of my holiday I slipped and fell after my swim at the indoor swimming pool, dislocating and fracturating my shoulder. Please give my thanks to the hotel and pool staff who did their most to make me comfortable while waiting for the arrival of the ambulance to take me to hospital. In particular, I would like to convey my gratitude to the Ukranian life guard whose outstanding, compassion and support I so much appreciated at that most painful and distressing time. He was "muy simpático"!. Since then I have made a good recovery and now, six weeks later, I have begun physiotherapy. My husband and I retain most happy memories of Fuerte Marbella and hoe to visit again in the not too distant future. With renewed thanks to you and you staff.

My 2 daughters and I stayed at the hotel el fuerte - 1st to 5th June 2009. We thought the staff were fantastic and very friendly.(Nancy and Manuele from the reception). The hotel and its facilities were outstanding and very clean - you could see your own refection on the marble floors!. The cleaners really did a great job. The breakfast was out this world and you could have anything you wanted from champagne, freshly made bread, pastries, all sorts of fruit,cheese, meat and fish to custom made omlettes and crepes. We would definately recommend the hotel and are planning to return already. Myself and my partner had already been to this hotel last year and I wanted to take my daughters to see how great it was. Top Class. Top People.

Jose - in particular - we wish to thank you for recognising the over-booking situation prior to our arrival and for choosing our group to move to upgraded rooms at the Fuerte Marbella - all on your day off ! I do hope you enjoyed whatever was left of your day off in Benalmadena with your family. We all appreciated the time and trouble you both went to ensure our short break was enjoyable and successful - and it was. Jose and Inmaculada, thank you for sorting out such wonderful rooms. We were amazed when we checked into the rooms and saw the suites. Room 110 was extra special - thanks Jose ! We are hopefully returning next year and will be in touch prior to arrival. The students really like all of the accommodations, especially those in Marbella! This hotel was the hit of the trip for places to stay!!! All the others were very nice but the one in Marbella tops the trip!

Dear Mr(s). Sarda, I wanted to send you a quick note of thanks regarding the gracious treatment my wife and I received during our visit to your hotel. Although this was our first visit to Spain we have had the opportunity to experience many different resorts and hotels in various countries. The quality of the staff at the Fuerte Marbella clearly has a very high standard of customer service. For example I watched the lead person on the outside veranda during breakfast last Monday June 1st fully engaged with his responsibilities. Our staff at Pacific could learn much from him, attempting to meet every request while keeping a great attitude. This is just one example of many I saw during our short stay. I am not one to give lots of platitudes- but in this case I could not pass up the opportunity to give praise where it is due.

We had a truly relaxing and lovely sunny holiday @ the HOTEL FUERTE CONIL. The hotel exceeded all our expectations and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Our room had great views of the sea from the balcony and was cleaned to the highest standard. Every morning we were presented with a fabulous breakfast served by a hospitable and efficient staff. An amazing variety of hot and cold eggs, sausages, meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, breads, pastries and freshly cooked yummy crepes were on offer every morning. We took breakfast outside in the morning sun, surrounded by leafy palms and well kept garden. The white sand beach was reached in 5 minutes via a pathway dedicated to the hotel and often on the way back up of an evening we would enjoy a drink on the patio where the barman always had a smile. Thank you for making our holiday even more special and keep up the great work!

Can we particularly mention Gonzalo and Laura on reception who were extremely helpful and dealt with any query or request we had. Also Fernando was exemplary in the service he afforded in the restaurant during the evening meal. We would also like to commend the extremely high standard of servicing of the room. In fact the cleanliness of the entire hotel and grounds was first rate. Thank you once again, and we would certainly return, hopefully next year.

Dear Mrs. Sardá, We returned on 1st July after a week at your hotel. We were celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary with 14 family and friends. I write to thank you and your staff for all your kind attention during this very special holiday. Everyone said how much they liked the hotel and particularly their rooms. May I particularly mention Sonia Mejias who handled all our very complicated booking requirements. She was always efficient and attentive. I am sorry we did not meet you so that we could thank you personally for the lovely bottle of Cava you sent to our room. It was much enjoyed!. We have now stayed several times at the El Fuerte and are members of the Club de Amigos. The El Fuerte is a very special hotel. My parents stayed twice a year for many years in the 70´s and 80´s so it is now a family tradition!. We hope to return to El Fuerte in the autumn with more family and hope maybe to meet you then.

We have stayed in your hotel, with a group. I would like to take the time to let you know how we experienced things. The receptionists were all very friendly at all times, not just for me and my colleagues, but also for our dealers. Further, we were impressed by the housekeeping, which cleaned up after us, whenever needed and when we changed our minds on the table setting, the technicians were there to change it right away. I would also like to thank the restaurant employees.The food was of a very good quality and the service was very good. The first evening we were very late. They were still very helpful, even when we stayed a bit longer than initially agreed on. And then there was Inma, Sonia and you; these full 8 days you three were available for me to arrange things. I could ask you anything and you would make it possible. Therefore I would like to specially thank the three of you for making our event such a big success.

The days of the International Meeting have passed quickly, and I can tell you that all participants were satisfied with the hotel and also with our services. I am sure that they will all come back. Some of the partners have already talked to me about holding their national meetings in Marbella, that means they would bring their best clients to a meeting here in Marbella. Furthermore, the different companies will regularly send their trainers to us. I would like to thank you very much again. The organisation, the whole crew, the ambiente of the hotel have a considerable influence on the success of such a meeting. Best regards

We were very impressed with the Hotel in general, but in particular have nothing but the highest praise for your staff. Everything was so grate! Our room was really nice (especially the view), the food was nearly too good and all the people were so nice! So all in all => IT WAS PERFECT! If it had been possible we would have stayed longer!!! The only thing I forgot was to bring along some hotel prospects! So I’d like to ask you if it would be possible to send us some for the Hotel El Fuerte and Fuerte el Rompido because we are hoping for lots of clients in the next season and they are always happy if they get one! Dear Sir/Madam Sorry for not getting this email done earlier, my husband and I stayed with yourselves from 8-15 April in room 607 and I would just like to say a big thankyou to all concerned in helping us enjoy our stay so much. It was the first time using your hotel and we both were very pleased with all the services provided, the staff could have not been more pleasant and helpful in all areas of the hotel. We have stayed in El Fuerte but could not choose between the two as both have very high standards which they adhere to. We holiday in Marbella 2 times a year and will definitely be back to stay with yourselves. So please pass this on to all concerned and say a big thankyou to the staff and we will definitely be back staying with yourselves in the future.

Dear Sir, I am writing to thank you for a most enjoyable holiday at the Hotel el Fuerte from 1st to 8th march this year. This was our 5th visit in 6 years and as usual the accomodation and food was excellent and the staff very kind and helpful. Altogether a very nice experience.
