Fuerte Marbella, the historical hotel located right on the beachfront in the centre of Marbella and boasting more than 60 years of experience, has started its process of refurbishment to convert it into a new 5 -star hotel called El Fuerte Marbella. Works will take place throughout 2022 and the hotel will open its doors in 2023 with a freshly renovated look and improved services. Thank you for your loyalty, whether you’ve chosen to stay with us once or a hundred times, for your support and warmth, and of course, your comments that help us improve.
It’s been a real pleasure to make this journey together over the course of more than six decades as we prepare to take a brief pause before continuing our journey stronger than ever in 2023.
Marbella’s most iconic hotel
In 1957, Hotel El Fuerte opened its doors in Marbella and became a city landmark. During the course of these years, we’ve received countless tourist industry awards and been visited by renowned figures who have sought to enjoy our excellent facilities, delicious local gastronomy, experiences of sheer relaxation in our spa or live performances in the gardens of the Pinetreeclub, just as you have.
