    The Friends Club is a program that we would like to use to reward your loyalty.
    When you stay at Fuerte Hoteles, you will receive €points that you can use to pay part of your bill for your next stay with us.
    Thanks to our new system, you can find out the balance of your €points account at any time on our website (www.fuertehoteles.com), or by phoning 900 34 34 10.
    You must have a postal address to be a member, to receive promotions from the program, to earn and spend points and to receive balance statements from the program.

    You can decide how you want to receive our communications (e-mail, SMS, by post).

    The €point is the currency used by our program, and you can use it to pay part of your bill in hotels belonging to our chain. There is no limit to the amount that can be accumulated.

    You can register a joint account holder as part of your program and they will enjoy the same advantages as you. The joint account holder must remain registered for a minimum of 8 months.

    You will start to accumulate points from the moment that you receive your request approval from Fuerte Hoteles.

    To earn points, you just need to stay at one of our hotels.

    We will award you with €points to the value of 10% of your bill, which can be spent on future visits. You can earn points on bills for rooms, meals, parking, SPA/BEAUTY and safety deposit boxes, under the limitations and restrictions shown in the current General Conditions.

    Account holders must always identify themselves as Members when they make their reservations and pay their bills in order to benefit from the Program’s conditions.

    The points balance to be added to the holder’s and/or joint holder’s account shall be calculated from the net amount paid for rooms and the services shown above, and shall not take sales tax or other applicable taxes into account.

    Points shall be awarded 24 hours after the check out date to the program member who checks into the room or uses the service, regardless of the person/entity that pays the bill.

    Limitations:

    • Generally accepted rules will be followed for rounding off decimal points when €points are added to the account.
    • The account holder can earn points for a maximum of 3 rooms per night at any hotel belonging to Fuerte Hoteles that is included in the Program. One of these rooms must be occupied by the member or joint member of the program and their name must appear on the bills for the 3 rooms.
    • If a room is shared with another program member, the points shall be awarded to the member who made the reservation.
    • Amounts that are paid with €points, as well as rooms that are paid for as part of a convention or meeting do not earn €points.

    As a program member, you can make room reservations and pay a percentage of your bill using your €points through our website www.fuertehoteles.com, by e-mail amigos@fuertehoteles.com or by phoning 900 34 34 10.

  • How do I use my points?

    How do I use my points?

    You must identify yourself as a member of the program when you make the reservation. The amount of points you can spend on each reservation varies depending on how far in advance you made your reservation, the season, and which hotel in our chain that you choose. You can find out how many €points you can use to pay for your reservation on the website www.fuertehoteles.com, or by phoning our reservation centre.

    The points will be exchanged at the time the €points account reservation is made, and deducted from the member's account immediately after the reservation has been made.

    Members have a maximum time period of 18 months to spend their points, counted from the date of the transaction.

    The account holder will be issued a bill showing the amount paid in €uros along with the amount paid in €points.

    You can also give €points to a person who is not registered on the program by ordering a gift cheque from any of the receptions at the hotels or by phoning the reservation centre. The €points will be deducted from your balance at the time you purchase the gift cheque.

    The person who receives the gift check must register with the program in order to make a €points account reservation.

    Using the €points to make a payment will not earn €points for the member's account.

    The points will be re-credited to your account if you cancel the reservation 48 hours or more before your arrival date.

    If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before your arrival date, we will charge one night as cancellation costs and you will lose the points that you used to make the reservation for that night.

    If you cancel 31-60 days before your arrival, there is no cancellation cost. 50% of the total cost of the package and the points will be charged if you cancel 16-30 days before your arrival, and 100% of the package and the points will be charged 0-15 days beforehand.

    By registering on our website: www.fuertehoteles.com. You just have to fill in all your information in the "Friends Club" page and your request approval will be automatically sent to you. Any reservation that you make after registering will earn points for your account at the moment you pay your bill. Furthermore, we will award you 30 €points just for registering online.

    What are the advantages of registering with the problem?

    1. No card is the easiest way, you just need your personal ID (ID card or passport) or the membership number that Fuerte Hoteles gives you when you register. With this, you can start to enjoy the advantages and to accumulate €points.
    2. Whenever you stay at any Fuerte Hoteles establishment, you receive 10% of the net amount of your bill (before sales tax) in €points, for any individual reservation made directly with the hotel.
      If your reservation was made individually through an agency, you earn the fixed amount of 5 €points per room, per night of accommodation.
      In both cases, the reservation must be made by the person who holds the points account, or a joint account holder.
    3. You can use your €points to pay a minimum of 10% of your accommodation and breakfast bill at any of the chain’s hotels. These points are equivalent to €uros if the reservation is made directly with the hotel.
      If your reservation was made individually through an agency, you can use your €points to pay a minimum of 10% of the total amount of your extras bill (meals, parking, SPA/BEAUTY and safety deposit box).
