On your day of arrival you may enter your room at from 3 pm onwards. Check-out is at 11:30 am with a late check-out option. Please ask at reception about availability.

Upon your arrival at the hotel reception, each guest will be given a “towel card”. This card may be exchanged for a towel at the towel stand, located next to the pool between 9:00 and 18:30.
You can return the towel to the same stand at any time and your “towel card” will be returned to you.
Your “towel card” must be returned to the hotel reception when checking-out. Failure to do so or its loss will result in a 10 € fine.
A free wireless service is available throughout the hotel.

Each room has a free-to-use safe. Should you wish to use the safe in Reception,it is possible and has an extra cost.

Advance bookings are not necessary. You can pay directly at reception.
The hotel has a direct access to the beach. You can open the gate using your room key card. We have hammocks on the beach without additional cost (in front of our complex) for the use of our guests.

Should you wish to buy newspapers during your stay, there is a stand just to the left as you leave the hotel. If you wish, you can order them daily so that they are left with Reception.
There is a market in Marbella on Mondays; in Fuengirola on Tuesdays; in Estepona and Calahonda on Wednesdays; in San Pedro Alcántara, Torremolinos and Vélez Málaga on Thursdays; in Benalmádena, Casares, Las Chapas and Sabinillas on Fridays; in Puerto Banús, Fuengirola, Benahavís and La Cala on Saturdays; and, in Sabinillas, Fuengirola, Malaga, Estepona and Torremolinos on Sundays.
