Stayed here for a week with my wife and 2 kids. We stayed in a junior suite exclusive . Room was clean and spacious and had a fantastic view of the sea. Pool areas excellent . We were full board and the quality was good. I usually hate buffets but it was good quality and never queued .Staff very attentive especially nieto in the restaurant and gasper in the bar. We were exclusive so had use of that area/drinks which was a good area and drinks free till 9pm. Animation team good as well. All in all would recommend the hotel for families,

Gorgeous hotel in stunning location - Beautiful hotel with lovely staff, excellent food, service & facilities. Superb location overlooking Fontanilla beach and 5 mins walk to town full of traditional Spanish shops & tapas restaurants. Only negatives- charged for parking & safe & no coffee machine in rooms.

Nice place by the sea for a relaxing break! - This hotel is set in a fantastic location by the beach. Its a bit corporate so I think that in full season it might be very busy and is certainly popular with Germans all year round and mainland Spanish people in peak season. Outside of this it can be a bit of a gem with a fantastic breakfast, great activities and facilities on offer, rooms are nice and comfortable and everything you'll need in a room is there (fridge etc). Staff are helpful and professional. Room Tip: Park outside as it's pretty safe and no cost. Buy and alcohol from the Supermercado near by. Green Features: Definitely is environmentally friendly with its literature. Stayed November 2015, travelled as a couple

Our 3rd visit and as always FANTASTC - This hotel is truly outstanding. It has a beautiful setting, a wonderful location and a restaurant that has an amazing variety of superbly cooked quality food. But what makes this hotel REALLY SPECIAL is the service of every single member of staff. EVERYONE, whatever their role and position have a smile and a genuine energy of making your stay absolutely perfect.THANK YOU to you all. Room Tip: Full sea view rooms cost a little more but are well worth it.

Fantastic Summer Break - Our second visit to this hotel 11 years after the first - this time with 2 kids in tow. The hotel is fantastic, exceptionally well looked after. Great location above the sandy beach and 10 minutes walk from the town of Conil which gets very lively and busy on Summer evenings and has a fantastic range of restaurants and bars. The 2 bedroom family room is easily the best family accommodation we've experienced. Spacious and much better than having the kids in the same room. Breakfast buffet has a huge selection. We will be back and much sooner than in 11 years time. Stayed August 2015, travelled with family
